Personnel Development

One of businesses most valued resources should be its personnel, and the management team is no exception. In certain circumstances, a person within the organization performed well as a worker, but now as a manager, does not understand their new role and is not meeting expectations, however, this person truly deserves the opportunity, wishes to be a more viable part of the team, and is viewed by leadership to have the required skills and potential to be an asset. One-on-one instruction is needed to help them realize their new role and to learn how to separate from their old work habits, without alienating their workforce or sacrificing their responsibilities. This can be accomplished in a number of ways and should be discussed on a case by case basis.
